If this bill passes, concealed carry permits would be treated just like DRIVERS LICENSES!
It would make firearm concealed carry permits valid across state lines, which means it would let gun owners travel with their firearms to other states that allow concealed carry.

THE NITTY GRITTY
The CONCEALED CARRY RECIPROCITY ACT OF 2017 would require each state to recognize CCW permits from every other state REGARDLESS of permitting standards.
The bill helps law-abiding gun owners avoid violating conflicting state laws!
Residents of states that don’t require permits to carry a concealed weapon would be able to carry their weapons in other states that allow concealed carry, as long as they abide by local laws.
